It'll be the water where they live, how well they clean the cups, and the tea itself (how fresh and strong the blend is supposed to be). Stains from tea and coffee are more common on poorly cleaned cups to begin with and how hard the water is. Where I live, my cups only get slightly stained from the middle to the bottom of the cup after 4 or more teas in a day when brewed correctly, even if its a stronger blend, and for some teas I actually leave the blend in - again it will only stain the bottom if I take an hour or more to finish it before removing it to make fresh one. I have good water where I live. When I visit some friends who live far away, after one cup of tea, it looks like the cup has never been washed a day in its life and is completely stained from top to bottom with extra deep rings of stains all over because the water is so hard, and its literally harder to remove them. This happens even if they prepare it in a pot, the pot will stain and the cups will still stain as well. Regarding the tea itself, I used to work in a cafe and I can see that the blend they are using is lightly chopped, so is likely supposed to have a lighter finish. Lighter teas have less flavour and colour than stronger teas and do not stain as much. Form my cafe days I also know that if cups are poorly cleaned, it is easier for stains to form and if you don't clean stains on them as they appear, they will start to build up and become harder to remove. The stains, and the scrubbing and cleaner you then have to use for them, wear down the finish on your cup and make it more prone to getting stains each time it is used. I take it as a good sign they are so clean, as they are not allowing second hand energy from previous readings brews to influence new readings.
You said that last time, so you already know what that’s what the cups are going to look like so why are you asking again? If you don’t like it, what are you returning? Why comment and ask a question if you’re not going to read the answers. I doubt these positive messages are for you if that’s what crosses your mind, obviously you need to go find another reader that lives in a place with hard water and/or doesn’t clean their cups properly. Literally a tea stain means the cup is dirty 🙄

How come there’s no tea stain in the cup🤷🏻♀️

And then liking your own comment. 👀 like go read your own tea leaves then, you can let the cup be as filthy as you want.
