Really interesting video, thanks. May I ask.... Was there a musty smell in the room? You don't mention it. If there had been a musty smell, would that suggest dry rot or could it suggest wet rot - or both? Does a musty smell suggest that the rot is 'active'? Many thanks!

Smells musty. Im having some issues atm. Smells like musty mushrooms

Active when brown mushroom appears, also brown dust on surfaces nearby. This is also airborne.
