A Celebration of Jans Life ❤️

Saturday 22nd April 2023 we celebrated the life of a wonderful lady. She came into our lives nearly 5 years ago when we opened Daisys and Jan moved in upstairs in one of the apartments. She became our regular and on very quiet days especially as it was early days as far as building up custom, we could sit for hours talking with her, listening to songs on the radio, coming up with ideas for evening events, chatting and laughing and she soon became our Princess Jan. She helped make anyone who walked through the door feel welcome and soon her table was hardly ever empty and we started our Daisy family.
Due to a long illness she left this world in December. Yesterday would of been her 66th birthday and her friends wanted to celebrate her life here at Daisy’s just the way she wanted to. We all raised a glass for our sweet Jan and she will definitely never be forgotten.
I made this video of Jan to be played in the background of her life and friends. Backing track is Carl singing live at a few of our live events at Daisy’s which Jan thoroughly enjoyed attending and insisted on which songs he must sing and which ones he mustn’t 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣. “Sweet Caroline” being her FAVOURITE 🤩😂🥰 amongst many more.
I’m sharing this as a few of her friends wanted to know where they could see it again to show more of their friends and of course reminisce about this amazing human that everyone who met her loved 🥹❤️
