It seems the best way to keep the houses from being built, is to raise enough money to pay the owners of the land the million dollars from the Allegheny land trust and then secure enough in donations from wealthy people or corporations who have the same wish as the deceased landowner. Nobody wants to see the quietness of that area disturbed.
I agree 100%. As it stands now, the majority of the funding is in place, they just need to vote against this development in the next board meeting and the Allegheny Land Trust can proceed with purchase.
