Well done Liswaniso for taking accountability and showing leadership and to Costa who asked pertinent tough questions. Some people just want to condemn without appreciating the genesis of the problem or why such behaviour has re-emerged. That is not say that thuggery and hooliganism should be acceptable but understood in order to stamp it out. Those people misbehaving come from certain homes do family and friends should help the police to curb their unruly behaviour. What was wrong under PF should not be condoned under UPND.
