The Pan Ying Kite (aka Circling Eagle Kite) is a new type of single-line sports kite that evolved and developed on the basis of the traditional Chinese kite making. It has an in-built flying ability to emulate the free-soaring of the real eagle circling at high altitude and able to perform the diving roll and gliding action in inverted flight and back-flip. It can be flying at outdoor with no wind or moderate wind; also this kite is adept in indoor flying with no wind and performs free-style flying stunts.
