@clumsystiggy it says that "lyrics from Take This Beat" were incorporated into I Wish U Heaven". It's likely that the music sounds completely different from what was released on I Wish U Heaven" and thus is a completely different song, only having some of the lyrics in common. Hopefully we'll hear it one day soon and know for sure.
Take This Beat was also performed at The LA Palace 88 after show you can hear it at start at around 59 minutes here th-cam.com/video/w5jh-VxOBSs/w-d-xo.html As for the prince vault there is a whole other ‘purple breakaway civilization’ that… Allegedly… In material that was how shall we put it… let’s say there’s possibly but not verified backup. …That’s why there’s so much first-hand knowledge about these songs because certain well “connected” fans are privy to the unreleased songs mentioned but never heard. Just scanning the prince vault to look for this song information on it I’m astounded still how much prince produced in songwriting in recordings. It’s as if he had parallel careers going on, think about the value of that. Prince x3😵💫
@@Modernaire yeah it's mostly elite traders that run the website for sure. but they're still not always correct or privy to stuff. they mistakenly called call of the wild, 9-5 people and dated it 88 when it's 85.
I knew about this since 1988 when I got it on the Eye Wish U Heaven 12"
Taken from I Wish U Heaven 12-inch remix. And dating from 1988, photo and logotype is ‘89. Friendly note😎
according to princevault, take this beat was recorded before i wish u heaven and later incorporated into it
