Random question - I'm getting a new flexispot desk delivered but may need to dismantle it shortly afterwards. Did you have any trouble taking it apart then putting back together again? Any issues with the drill holes at all for example?
Usually you use a drill to make it easier to go through the installation and disassembly, and if you buy the original desk, it comes with small holes underneath the desk. So you just need to follow the installation steps to disassemble it will be easy to remove. In addition, when dismantling you can turn on the power and table legs up, so that you can squat to remove the table, and finally turn off the power.

Considering your age, posture and current aches and pains, I'd recommend keeping that desk for yourself (I have the same issues myself).
