I have an autographed picture of Fats, he signed it two weeks before he passed. I sent it to his house and 3 months later I got it back. I thought he would just brush it off but he didn't. Bless him!
Alot of singers/performers when on stage like to give themselves a focus point while playing on stage so they don't get as tensed up an feel more at ease to play on longer for their audience's....my good friend who is a well known performer told me this.
with the exeption of elvis i agree.he was a great performer but as far as his voice,not to good.just my opinion.i'll expect a ton of heat on this reply.oh well,bring it.

There is such a thing as "style". Fats has a different from Elvis. In my opinion, he sings much better than Elvis.
