You can start introducing some of the labels for these activities too, especially if you've been working on beginning sounds! We've started using them for simple activities like rough and smooth and she's been very successful and excited to use them 🥰 Stella was excited to hear another child playing in Korean in the background 😅 And congratulations on 5k!!! ❤️
My son is 22 months and a few days and I love the activities that you've just shown! I still think he might be a bit young for some other acivities, like maybe the taste test, cause he would probably just want to take the contraption apart and pour the drinks into each other instead haha. Also he still doesn't talk so I guess it would be more me or dad naming things for him. If you don't mind me asking, how old is your little one (how many months exactly?), and since your family is biligual like ours, would be great to see a video on how you approach that and having two languages in the house/day to day! Now that the rant over, love love this channel and your content!
Hi! Glad that you love the channel, thank you!! Yes I agree with you, some of the activities in the video might not be suitable for 22 month olds. Alina is 30 months old this month! We are speaking Korean only at home and Alina hasn't been greatly exposed to English yet, as she is only attending daycare that is run by a Korean teacher. (So she's not a bilingual yet lol) A video about bilingualism in Montessori perspective is something I do want to make in the future for sure, probably once Alina starts going to childcare, where she will be learning English then.
She's just sooo adorable and bright! Bless her. Will definitely keep up with the channel, we've recently moved houses and I'm excited to set up a proper space for my toddler. Again, thanks for the ideas!
You can start them early and just focus on exploration rather than matching if there's not an interest in matching yet! We started the smelling jars around 1 and it has always been an absolute favorite! Sound cylinders, mystery bag, color mixing, etc are all activities we introduced between 1 and 2 with great success. You may just need to tape or glue the caps if there's a fear that he gets into something in the bottle. Sensorial activities like this are great for language development since the senses make the process that much more memorable. These were some of the activities that helped our bilingual daughter expand her Korean more!

Hello! Can you please offer a suggestion for where to buy a thick mat like the one you have in the playroom? We have hard tile throughout the house and I have been struggling to find a thick playmat that is aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean.
