Something you both said that's really true is that if you take your L's in practice, you take less L's in competition. You should be losing in training because in theory you're practicing actions as opposed to trying to win.
To me it's one of the hardest lessons to learn because nobody really likes losing. But once you're able to take losing as a learning experience every time, you eventually just get better!

@@GPFencing 100% correct. Its always easier said than done I must admit but that doesn't make it any less true.
