In fact, for a while I've been thinking of making a draenei priest and, since dying naaru at times turn into void gods, such as M'uru during the Sunwell Plateau, a devout follower of a "fallen" naaru, could abandon the Light and follow the path of Shadow, assuming all light turns into darkness in the end. Such character could even adopt some depressing concepts concerning entropy and heat death from physics and chemistry theories.
Your how to roleplay guides are amazing Inquisitor! I would venture to say that the amount of effort you put into the descriptions and tips on how to roleplay the classes ago beyond even that of some more well known WoW youtubers! Please finish these series for the classes as I love and have listened to each and everyone one!
As they are humans first, most likely The Light. However! Some may feel that Elune may be the way or what have you. Goldrinn is more for the Druids as far as I understand.
Yeah, worgen priest were humans so they may worship the light. A worgen may have been turn and pick up the class priest in which they could worship Elune. Especially because they where taken in by night elves.
You're probably not going to see this or reply to it because this vid is kinda old but... ill ask this question anyway: can a human for example be a part of the church of elune?
Note: Even one of the most powerful priests (I don't remeber name right now, i Will edit later) wasnt able to mantain the balance of light and shadow for a long time. Shadow whispers are too strong. I don't recommend to play a discipline priest, unless it's an undead. Undead have a great resistance to shadow whispers so It would be easier to be a discipline priest. I still don't recommend It.
Hi i know this guide was made in 2016 and its awesome but every time I get on (WoW) one of the guild members say how can the light heal a cut off hand or how can the light heal a cut off head, I dont know what to say so i just stand there taking all the negative comments from them they dont mean to hurt me but there in game toons is against the light and im trying to tell them that the light is a thing and it is useful. PLEASE HELP I ONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY!!!
Well if the light could heal a cut off head, then it would be able to resurrect all the story characters that have been lost as well. It sounds like someone in your group is commenting on the unlikelihood of such a thing occurring which is valid. Your average priest on their own, cannot simply raise the dead. What we are able to do as an ingame mechanic does not always equal lore. But, I would say, if caught fast enough it could certainly reattach a hand, because the body parts involved would be alive for a couple of minutes. So in short, being "useful and a thing" does not make your character a God with full sway over life and death.
Correct me if I am wrong. Isn't it something like if you think what you are doing is right, then the Light comes to your aid, and if you don't believe it doesn't. Right?
Inquisitor! Quick opinion based question, I have been considering taking up roleplaying a priest recently but feel that Priests are "feminine" and a "manly man" would not fit into this priestly niche I would like your thoughts?
Go for it! Priests are leaders and can just as easily be men as women- just get you some bad ass robes- there are quite a few really nice priest transmogs- and don't be afraid to put someone in their place! Being a priest isn't girly. Its bad ass and awesome.

What about a Worgen Priest? Do they worship the Holy Light, or do they worship some moon-like aspect of Goldrinn?

So what about the Auchenai? I know they're essentially the grave keepers in Draenei society.
Given they have a very specific task among the Draenei priesthood, I could definitely see setting aside a video just for them.

That could be one way of explaining it, but Goblin priests sure don't believe in the Light.

No! Males can be Priests of Elune now, so it wouldn't be appropriate to call it a Sisterhood.
