  • After what feels like an age of trying to settle into Dublin life (post-Lisbon) and waiting for the perfect time to get back into vlogging, I've realised I just have to bite the bullet.     Best skincare routine:
    AM - pat/tap hyleronic acid onto damp skin, day moisturiser, SPF 50 (don't cleanse in morning as it can strip your skin barrier)
    PM - oil based cleansing balm, vitamin C toner, hyleronic acid on damp skin (retinol twice a week before the hyleronic acid step), night cream.
    Once a week do a face mask that you can very gently scrub off to remove dead skin. Only leave on for 5 mins/do in shower where the room steams up because you don't want it to dry, it actually does more harm to your skin!
    This routine along with a good diet, sleep and exercise and you won't want botox 💃
