*UPDATE*
The current average turnover time for an educational credential assessment (ECA) from ICAS is 30 weeks from the time that they receive all required documentation.
That is nearly 7 months which I am not willing to spend waiting. I have gone ahead and ordered another ECA, this time from World Education Services Canada (WES), their turnover time to issue the same report is within 35 business days which is significantly shorter, this is also at the same cost (CAD240).
I will leave a link in the video description and will update in future videos on how it all goes.

I am a bit confused about doing the ECA from Wes by myself. Kind of confusing to me.
