hey bro, sorry too hear you can’t use the web app. Unfortunately to use pale tools, you can only use the web app, the companion app won’t work with it. are you able to log into the web app on a computer by any chance? if so i can make a video tutorial on pc for paletools, but yeah other than that it’s gotta be through the web app

@@Nick-wu3zw make sure you when you add paletools to your bookmarks that you use the fc24 companion website, not the mobile app. Once your on the website, open up the bookmarks and it should work perfectly just like on the video. If it still doesn’t work, let me know and I can make a pc version if you have access to a computer

I’ve only seen that happen there, if not try it again on a private window tab and make sure to hold the link and drop it down to your bookmarks tab, once you are on the fc web app click the bookmark and press paletools and it should load perfectly fine, if not let me know and I’ll see what other fixes there could be
It’s because you are still signed in on your console ultimate team, go back on your console and back out to the main menu, do not close your game or it won’t work. back out to the main menu and try logging back in and it should work with no issues
