Poch out regardless, or you must be blind. We should've been top 5 ages ago if not for his stupid in game management and also the countless injuries are still because of his trainings. If you can't accept that, then open your eyes. Yes I understand your point, and yes I accept that he hasn't had it too well, but there were too many times where we lost points because of him. More times, a manager is firstly supposed to fix the defense, then the rest works out. These players have actually stepped up, because regarding the tactics all he did is move Gallagher next to Caicedo due to Enzo injury, and invert Cucurella in midfield when attacking. Other than those two things we play the same way in the build-up and attacks. It's the players that have realised what it takes to play at this level
