NBA 2k15 reminds me of the time NHL legend Wayne Gretzky hosted Saturday Night Live in the early ‘90s. During his monologue he said “As a hockey player I’m pretty good. As an actor, I’m a pretty good hockey player.”
I appreciate how you dig deeper than the most obvious choices (although wisely still including Oblivion) - definitely shows that you care about what you're talking about! :)
The guy I think Steve.. was his name? in code Veronica every word he spoke I cried laughing for instance "ffaaaaaaaaather" and blows his zombie dad away
I will say that, for the most part, the voice acting in Arc Rise Fantasia does grow on the player. Niko is supposed to sound like a moronic idiot, because he pretty much is. Thankfully the worst offenders don't have a lot of screentime. The rest are piss-poor, but one can again get used to them. Or play the undub! Because this is a legit fantastic game that keeps tossing new mechanics at you even up to the 80% point.
The Mega Man series as a whole needs to be talked about, it definitely is one of those series that is almost completely ruined by heinous voice acting. I have never encountered another video game series where I actively seek to turn off the voices every single time I play a game from it. Every Mega Man game since they introduced voice acting has fallen into that category, the line deliveries are always beyond cringy and the voice actors sound like they are auditioning for a school play and have never acted before. The only reason it doesn't completely ruin the games for me is because Capcom had the good sense to make the voice acting optional, you can turn off all of it right from the get-go. Like, the fact that option is available tells me that Capcom knows the voice acting is bad, and unlike Resident Evil, you can turn the voices off in a Mega Man game and still understand the game and play it. I think that's just Capcom schtick at this point, bad voice acting wherever they can put it, it's their calling card.
3:10 Oh god, she looks creepy. Wait a minute let me do that one again. Why did they put in the goof up take? Can't they edit that part out? Chaos Wars voice acting is so bad that it's good. I don't know why the voice acting in battles is in Japanese when the rest of the game is not. Some characters sound very different from their Japanese counterparts. I think there was this wild woman who shouts during battle but her English voice sounded very soft in comparison. Who thought that having non-voice actors in a game was a good idea? There's was also a character who sounded sleepy and sounded like she was on something. I remember Uru's acting being okay even though his voice sounded a bit weird. 8:15 Is he supposed to sound like that? 10:00 He doesn't sound too upset by this.
So when I got to the operation Winback part it hit me. I’m pretty sure the same voice actors that did that game did the original Resident Evil. The voices sound familiar
I kind get the casting…like in a live action movie I think she’d be fine, but voice acting is a different beast and she just couldn’t make the transition
What about _The MDickie Show?_ Vincent sounds like a drunk Hank Hill when he speaks, and the other characters aren’t much better! Although, Matt Dickie probably butchered it intentionally, considering the wacky nature of his games. 🤣
...Did my comment get deleted for some reason? All I did was recommend the ending cutscene from X-Com Apocalypse as a choice example of amazingly bad voice acting. Didn't even post a link or anything.
Bullethell games are absolutely not exclusive to aerial combat and that's why your channel will never be as big as gameranx or whatculture. Passable, but inferior.
"If it really is the final zone, how did they make a second one."
Wait till I tell you about a little franchise called Final Fantasy.

In his blood? Way to go, kid!

TurboGrafx cd game Last Alert is my favorite bad voice acting of all time. 😂😅I hope to own it someday ❤
Had to start with a shot of Kevin Conroy? Now I'm sad.

Final Zone's "Did you hear the message right before the explosion" is the 90's version of "He was in the Amazon with my mom"
3:15 - "And it didn't take long for those imperfections to rear their ugly heads."
Oblivion. Ugly heads.
I see what you did there. Fantastic work!
I like how you talk about obscure games too

I love your voice, you should be recording more work for this channel.

I'm just amazed that those nba players could ever read.
I feel lucky like this list is going to be added onto 9
More times.

I'm still cracking up over the Left Analogistic
Megan Fox as Nitara
What was nrs thinking...
Yeah, she needs to rebrand as Megan Flat after that performance.
It wasn't as bad as Ronda Rousey for Sonia
@@FeiFongWangYeah, but Rhonda isn't a professional actress either lol which still makes Megan worse in my opinion

Early anime voice acting was peak lol
Shouldn't have gone with Jimmy Taco for Tierkries...
Interesting video! 🌼😄
NBA players trying to read the script 🤣
I loved Syphon Filter but the voice acting in it was…erm?…ok?
Lol, you think anyone in the SNES era was paying for VX rehearsal?
SCAT ... Wtf 😂😂😂
Still waiting for Mega Man X7 or Baten Kaitos to make the list
Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations had unusually bad English voice acting, which is strange given how the previous games had strong voice acting.
That one thing grating for me is Frea from Skyrim. Idk man, it’s not bad, it’s just… well, weird? Idk what it is man, but i dont care for it.
Final Fantasy 16 might be the only Final Fantasy game with actually tolerable voice acting and writing.
Number 1:
Bass Get Ball? I'm sorry. I'm a nerd. Is that some weird version of Sports Ball?
Yong out!
My vote goes to Michigan Report from Hell. Oh my Godddddd!!!!???
what about megan fox as nitara...💀
Lol...lmao...LMFAO 😂😅
One more to the list: FFXVI.
That first one isnt a british accent

👽
At least WinBack sounds better than 99.5% of anime
Aside from the voice acting, its a kick ass game
Can you guys and gal please play auto destruct for the Playstation or primal rage for the Sega genesis..both are good for worst games ever 😂
The Original Alan Wake voice acting was shockingly bad 😊
You guys gonna be impacted by the news at all?
