Not really the best soldering iron to use on a small board. I would recommend a desolding tool and a 15w iron to do the job safely - Too much heat could easily damage the board or associated components.

Normally not If you have some device to check whether there is output from remote (in form of frequency waves) then you can confirm problem in remote or in car
Good day. I have an issue with my 2008 fob 3 button key. it won't lock or u lock the door and I just replaced the battery. the car start and all that just that it has a chirp when the door is unlocked with the key. how can I solve this problem?
