    I CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF THESE KINDS OF PLACES. THANK U FOR TAKING US AROUND. THERE ARE SEVERAL REASONS FOR THESE ROCK ARRANGEMENT THOUGH MOST OFTEN THEY SEEM TO BE A CLOCK AND A CALENDAR. ANYHOW ROCK ON.

    Pity she didn't include the Upwey Disc Barrow, the largest and most unusal barrow on the Ridgeway.

    Enjoyed the video and appreciated your clear diction. The sound was a bit ragged at times, due to the wind. Just a couple of points - It's not "Sir Admiral Hardy"... you always use the person's first name with Sir (you wouldn't say Sir Churchill).... better to say "Admiral Sir Thomas Masterman Hardy". Likewise, why would you say "The HMS Victory"? That would literally mean "The His/Her Majesty's Ship Victory" - clearly "The" isn't required. (I'm ex-Dorset and ex-Navy and still very pedantic!)

    Oliver Hardy of Laurel and Hardy fame is a descendant of Admiral Hardy.
