I know you love all your kitties very much. We do too. :) I know Nico is excited to have kittens to play with. But the kittens cannot defend themselves yet. Please keep Nico away from the babies. This is far too dangerous how he is playing. He will hurt them. He is hurting them. This is not good for them so young. Lili was looking to you for help to stop Nico. Nico is adorable but he is interfering with Lili feeding her babies so she will not give them enough milk because she has to fight off Nico. The babies get pushed away from milk before they are full. Mama and babies need peace and quiet. Nico is not giving that. Until the babies are strong, running and climbing, Nico must be kept away, and even after that will need to be watched at first. They wiil have fun playing together soon. :) Baby kittens are very delicate. I hope they are growing well and strong. All of your cats are beautiful and fun to watch. Just Lili and the babies need protection first few weeks. I know you love them all very much and are doing everything to help them be strong and healthy. Nico will be a good playmate for them when they can run and jump.
Please don't annoy a nursing mother cat Nico was biting and jumping all over lili when she was feeding the kittens why would let that happen? the kittens are very small so be cautious about it too thank you 😊

You should have moved Nico away. The newborns are too frail here. It's not safe. Nico is also bothering the mom when she is feeding the babies. You can let Nico and the rest of the family near the newborns for a short time and under supervision. But otherwise, keep them separate.

I agree with you when kittens are driking Milk from Lili. But when they are sleeping, and Lili is far, I think that Nico look at them. If Lili accept Nico since their birth that means she has confidence in Nico to surveillance them and not fight. Some females dont accept the father. Here is not the same situation ! Lili accepts only Nico near the kitten. Her Mother Mimi, her sister Kiki, and her niece Charo come to look at them but they dont come into... But it's sure that the orner have to surveillance Nico, the kitten are so brittle !

Kiki was a feisty little tearaway as a kitten too, as I recall. But things were very quiet there when she was born, with not a lot of distractions, she was very good at entertaining herself, with bottle top and basket. Wasn't she older than Nico when Mimi's second litter was born? I like that "100 faces" phrase. Is it a common one in your country, or did you make it up?

Nico is actually regarding the kittens as competition, not toys, which I find rather concerning, as have others in this forum. As one prominent aspect of this behaviour, cats will instinctively go for the younger, more vulnerable offspring, and they'll go for the neck because that's where they're most vulnerable; I only hope that the owner will separate Nico from the kittens before it turns tragic.

It all started with Coco and Mimi. Coco was born on October 24th, 2020, but unfortunately passed away on November 23rd, 2023. Mimi was born on October 23rd, 2020. Their first litter was born on May 9th, 2022, and consisted of four kittens, but only Kiki was born alive. Their second litter, Titi, Fifi, and Lili, was born in October 2022, as far as I know. Kiki had her first litter on July 25th, 2023. She had two kittens, Chai and Mocha, their father is ChaCha. Lili, Mimi's daughter from her second litter, had her first litter of four kittens, Charo, Maro, Lilo, and Kuro, but the owner did not mention their date of birth. They were likely born in September 2023. Nico, the only kitten from Kiki's second litter, was born around November 15th, 2023. Lili's second litter was probably born in January of 2024, but the sex of the kittens is still unknown. On February 12th, 2024, Mimi had her third litter, a daughter and a son. Dear Nico has no ill intent and is eager to play with his cousins/siblings, but it's important to keep watch and wait a few weeks before letting him do so. He is adorable sleeping with them, though... It's like Kiki came to tell him "Son! Let your siblings sleep! You can wait a little more!" 😸

I'm sure Nico means no harm to the kittens, but sometimes he plays too rough. He's a rambunctious teenager, after all. Teenagers are unpredictable.

Nico is actually regarding the kittens as competition, not toys, which I find rather concerning, as have others in this forum. As one prominent aspect of this behaviour, cats will instinctively go for the younger, more vulnerable offspring, and they'll go for the neck because that's where they're most vulnerable; I only hope that the owner will separate Nico from the kittens before it turns tragic.

@@rolitiwari0909 oh you have no idea how harsh she used to be in loving titi fifi lili. many users were commenting that she shouldn't be allowed to be near the kittens. she was just too intense and excited not that she wanted to harm them. but kittens are used to be caught and dragged by the neck by mothers that seems dangerous too but it doesn't hurt them. nico is not to harsh with kittens believe me.

It all started with Coco and Mimi. Coco was born on October 24th, 2020, but unfortunately passed away on November 23rd, 2023. Mimi was born on October 23rd, 2020. Their first litter was born on May 9th, 2022, and consisted of four kittens, but only Kiki was born alive. Their second litter, Titi, Fifi, and Lili, was born in October 2022, as far as I know.
Kiki had her first litter on July 25th, 2023. She had two kittens, Chai and Mocha, their father is ChaCha. Lili, Mimi's daughter from her second litter, had her first litter of four kittens, Charo, Maro, Lilo, and Kuro, but the owner did not mention their date of birth. They were likely born in September 2023.
Nico, the only kitten from Kiki's second litter, was born around November 15th, 2023. Lili's second litter was probably born in January of 2024, but the sex of the kittens is still unknown. On February 12th, 2024, Mimi had her third litter, a daughter and a son.

Dear Nico has no ill intent and is eager to play with his cousins/siblings, but it's important to keep watch and wait a few weeks before letting him do so. He is adorable sleeping with them, though...

Please be careful with Nico and babies. These cats are little lions. In the lion kingdom a male cat in a tribe will kill the kittens in order to mate with the mother. I happens sometimes with cats too. Please be careful owner. These little ones work off instinct. You have 3 or 4 generations there. That is a tribe. .

And he doesn't realise he is 10 times bigger then his tiny siblings. Lilli appears to get all this.
