For global, only Desert Flannel. For CN, there’s also Windsong. Unfortunately characters like Isolde or Lucy don’t benefit from it as the follow up has to be single target.
@@8mitsu_biteki it does count as it gives 37 eureka, just like Lilya, Babel or Jiu. That’s the best way to know if an attack counts as a follow up or not.
You can get him later because there will be a banner where you choose two 6 stars of your choice. It has 70/30 chance to get the characters you chose or a random character from the original poll but remember if you win the 70/30 the two characters you chose will then go to the 50/50 stage where they compete on who you will get.

@aliceriddle2000, don't worry, Jessica without Sotheby's still has a good damage scale.. I often use Jessica without a character that gives a poison effect.. And yes! Jessica still has high damage...

@@lanix_09 I was curious if Windsong did have follow-up attacks? I thought her ult didn’t necessarily count as follow-ups with her incantation chain
