This was extremely informative, great job on going to all these places to interview these people. But the music was extremely distracting. And was way too loud.

Yes! Very informative and eye opener indeed and I suggest and fervently beg for a remaster of the video sans distracting music bed

The Philippines will become a top producing coffee again in the future with the right investment and support. In Negros we have great coffee production/shop in Baslay Highland Brew Coffee in Dauin, Negros Oriental and also Mt. Canlaon Coffee in Negros Occidental.

i have been on a quest to try different coffee beans that I can get my hands on... Philippine coffee beans don't give me much crema but the flavor and aroma are top-notch.

@@kellanlyman2416 i honestly don't know but recently chatted with a coffee consultant here and he said that our coffee trees are old and the strain of coffee although strong and rich in flavor, they're not what the consumers like today. Kinda like a trend in coffee plants.

Cut out the damned piano so we can hear the interviewees respond.

I was previously employed washing pans and cutting boards, and my recent interview said I'd be washing baking pans and coffee mugs, depending if you can interpret the involved parties that's a promotion. Maybe a scarface didn't realize the implications of the backend situation element dishwashers will be associated innocuously, my farmer grandpa I never knew needs to or maybe already knew this. I'm happy to front line stateside rollout.

The amount of time, from picking the ripe beans, peeling, drying and then peeling those beans again made us stop harvesting coffee from backyard. It is hard to sun dry because of the rain or the sun is hiding from the fog. We just buy instant from the grocery instead.

Even before, so many years ago, we the Filipinos / the Philippines producing great speciality coffee together with Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. We need to revive and reestablish our country to become one of the top producers of coffee in South Asia and in the world.
We have a decent próduce of arabica beans and known for some varieties of robusta and liberica beans. We are inside of what we called "The Coffee Belt" map.

During my childhood my grandparents were among the top producers of coffee beans in our hometown. The industry eventually died down for some reasons

Good video but spoilt with the constant piano music in the background, i dont understand why youtubers need to dress content up with repetative / distracting background Music.
