    Dear chavi have been in the same situation as my father was a cancer patient..till the reports come always in state of anxiety and tension but u r part of our prayers stay strong everything will be fine..even this will pass

    Hi Chavi, first of all I salute you for the positive vibe you create 😊 just 1 tip, I also had hairline fracture few years back, the remedy which helped me was “take hot water in a bucket, put salt (granules one is better) mix it well immerse the foot for say 10 minutes, do it twice a day” doctor also was ok with this. Even now I get pain sometimes, I do the same.

    Mam....main aapko ek doc advise karun...main 15 saal se ek multiple problems face kar rahi thi..aur condition bigadti ja rahi thi..ek homeo doc mile Chandigarh ke..6 mahine hue dawai lete hue .main bahut thik ho chuki .jaisa maine kabhi ni socha tha....agar aap bolo to main contact share karun.mbahut ache doc hai..

    It's a good that you are looking towards Homeopathy.These medicines doesn't have any side effects. Even my Aunty is using homeopathy medicine for diabetes. If your bones are weak then you must leave caffeine. For sometime give it a try. I gaveup tea last year, instead i take curry leaves, amla n alover juice water empty stomach. Because my hairfall was so much. Give it a try. You are already very fit. God bless you ❤❤❤

    Chavi i m giving u a little advice hope u don’t mind..i m a doctor and I know u r doing gym under supervision..but as u mention ur foot is broken and it’s paining..but u r not giving rest to the foot..even if u say that i m doing upper body or whatever..but the bone u borken that made arch of the foot which bear our weight..so directly or indirectly u r putting pressure on it..passion is good but when u r harming urself that is some thing else..these r things which will effect u later more..u r body need proper rest..

      I'm aware. Its not a passion to do the work that i cannot take a break from. It is also not a passion to walk around in pain. I'm sure you have responsibilities too which you can neither ignore nor delegate to somebody else.

    To ignore all the health issues n continue doing all the workouts n giving extra pressure to body n muscles doesn't really define a brave woman or man

    *** I think u hv got gluten allergy. Try to eat gluten free food. Avoid wheat product . also consult doctor to test thyroid TSH
