My students and I have shot discussion videos on all the chapters. The video for the Sensation and Perception chapter is called If You HAD to Lose One of Your Senses, Which Would It Be? The videos are vastly more interesting and engaging than these Powerpoints! Check it out here: th-cam.com/video/liOgvWViNuY/w-d-xo.html
I want you to know how grateful I am for you reading these chapters of psychology 1. I’m in my core classes for a RN program, single mother of four kids, and always running here and there. You reading these to me fill a gap I don’t have time for. Sitting down at my laptop to read everything takes so long and I can now hear the chapters while driving, cooking or even cleaning. Life saver!! Thank you very much! I really like your thought processes and it keeps me intrigued.
Thank you for taking the time to comment Carol! Helping students I won't have in a physical classroom means a lot to me. Best of luck with your studies and the joy and privilege of raising your four children - I have three sons, now men in their 20s and 30s, and having kids was the greatest blessing I've been granted.
Thank you Elliot! That's the plan - between the book, the videos, and your professor, you should be able to learn and retain the material. Thanks for taking the time to comment!

Thank you so much for these videos. I'm a visual learner and this has helped me tremendously.
You're very welcome Meli! Helping students I will never meet means a lot to me. Thank you for taking the time to comment!
Very helpful, watching these while going over the book is really helping my reading comprehension, thank you.

Thank you so much for this video!! :)
Interested to find your playlist. What's the idea of the videos - that they review key points in the chapters? Or something else?
The videos pretty much teach the book - it's another way to learn and process the information.
Thank you!
You think humans are made of frequencies?
I don't think so Matt. I think that we need ways to measure stimuli, and so frequencies are just a label.
