I want to request another 4-bedroom house, but with a tiny study/office area. Also, it would be nice if the kitchen has also a counter. Make it spacious but simple as possible. Nice works, btw!

Would love to see a design where the living areas are on the second floor to maximize the view of the mountains (our lot is located in a valley, the view is mount batulao and mount talamitam). Looking for open space concept, "bringing the outdoors in" concept, lots of light but with ability to shield against harsh afternoon sun, great ventilation. 3 bedrooms, 1 office space, an outdoor space for working out and a 2 car garage. Excited to see your take on this!
