I liked this Lucci because it isn't broken and depending on the skill of the person using it, I was able to pick it up and maximize it and it's a lot of fun to play in the league 😂
He can handle Boa, Roger v2, Goofy, Klaw, Yace tec... I think he is broken. Not an entire class destroyer as Boa and Roger were though.

Z is bad. Barely playable. Cant fill treasure fast enough and past 100. Many newly released characters take your status buffed state and 2nd skill, it is so bad might as well not use it at all lol. And he cost me around 1.5k rd. How much rd was for Z guaranteed copy again ? He really needs buff.
