I believed Pearly's magical touches and Thinaah's great defence would bring the title. But unfortunately, Pearly/Thinaah's nerve overwhelmed them, and Apri, the Olympic gold medalist, has the better focus, mental, and determination; combined with Fadia's undeniable great skills, brought the title at the end. It is also unfortunate for Pearly to have ankle injury. I wish her speedy recovery. Congratulations to Apri/Fadia for getting their first title since 2022! They also become the first Indonesian pair to win this title. Many more to come 🔥
Apri has creepy smiles, not bright, and her smiles are fake smiles to irritate her opponents. I agree that the Malaysian pair has good skills, but it also makes errors at critical moments and lack strength and stamina against physically strong opponents.

The Malaysian pair lost the match when it couldn't put away the Indonesian pair in the second game. The Malaysians made too many nervous errors and ran out of gas after the prolonged second game which they lost to the more physically fit Indonesians. The Malaysian pair just doesn't look like it has enough stamina to play three games and win against a physically stronger pair, like the Indonesian pair to which it lost. Another heartbreak loss to Tan and Thinaah. They need to become physically stronger with more stamina if they wish to finally win some tournaments in the future.
The Malaysian pair always had some kinds of “situations” when they were going to lose match. This could be Malaysian fans put so much unhealthy pressure on them to win. Or it could be a tactic to delay the game and buy time for energy recovery. If they couldn’t make it through the match, this would probably “happen” again and again.

Did they play a mixture of offence & defence? Nothing can stop them if they go back to their old style of playing, from what I read old injuries came back and Indonesian girls won. In a few tournaments Tina/pearly had been playing too much defence and doesn’t attack kill offensive. Every doubles team needs a good defence, but can’t carry on a marathon with a defence game and expect to win. The more you undur the more they come forward..until finally find the space.
they ran out of stamina if they always play offensives, just look at the comparison between 1st game when they were still fresh until point 17 on the 2nd game they need to play smarter to maintain their stamina

I simply cannot understand what the thinking behind the videography is - They certainly seem to have cameras on the ground, which they use in between points -when the shuttle is being exchanged, when the court is being mopped, when someone is about to serve - and then they return to the same idiotic perspective from the camera that seems to be from the rafters or the roof of the stadium for the actual play. Exasperating.
