Delta Burke (if thats the name on the faded label) had a low priced clothing line that was sold at KMart, possibly WalMart but Im pretty sure KMart, in the 80's. She is most famous for her role as Suzanne Sugarbaker on Desiging Women and is married to actor Gerald McRaney.

75 way, too high. I sell hundreds of pieces of jewelry a week so I've got a decent eye for it. That bag looked like a craft bag.
