Kindly confirm the max gvw of 5 axel articulated vehicle fitted with pneumatic suspension in all three axel.
As per your video, can I calculate it like below example:
First Axel (S)-7 tons
Second( NS)-11.5 tons
Third(Pneumatic)_11.5+1=12.5 tons
Fourth(Pneumatic)-11.5+1=12.5 tons
Fifth(Pneumatic)-11.5+1=12.5 tons
Total-55.5 tons , capped to 55 tons.
Can this vehicle passed with 55 tons GVW?
Yes we can registered with GVW 55000 for trailer not for rigid vehicle

Distance between axle may more than 3m so all axle will consider as individual axle then 7+21+11.5+21=60.5 Subject to maximum GVW 55

नमस्कार सर , मेरी हॉर्स का पासिंग ग्लव 45500 kgs है ; हिसाब से मुझे ट्राली 3 axle लगानी चाइये ; लेकिन अगर मुझे 2 axle ट्राली लगाकर और 39500 kgs से कम लोड करूँ तोह RTO rules का कोई उलंगन होगा??
हाँ उल्लंघन होगा आपने पंजीयन के समय जो ट्राली से कर्तव्य है वही लगा सकते है
अगर हॉर्स व ट्राली अलग से पंजीयन हो तो आप बदल सकते है

Trailer(3axle) if distance between axle is more than 3 m load will be 11500+11500+11500=34500
Total= 53000 Kgs
If any two axle in trailer have air suspension then 2000 addition to 53000

Generally customer Overload karke chalaate hai... mujhe sujhaav dijiye agar 55T , 6x4 Tactor Trailor aur ghodaa 11 ton ka hai... 12 tyre axle with pneumatic hai... kya main 40Ton Payload carry Kar sakta hu legally, Matlab 11T ghoda+8T trailor+ 39T Payload... GCW certified 55T k liye hai... but 58 T ho jayega? Kya legally allowed hai yeh?

I am from bihar and here many four axle trucks (12wheeler) fully built trucks are passed in 36 tons whereas some are passed in 35 ton?
So can i increase my vehicles passing from35 ton to 36 ton and if yes what is its procedure?

Then why are we considering it as 7 tonne only.

Sir I have a 12 tyre 4 axle tata tipper it’s Rc mention 35 tonne gvw but as per notification it calculates to 36 tonne ,then what is safe load we can carry considering 5% relaxation

सर अगर वहाँ fully built हैं तो आप उसमें कुछ भी बदलाव नहीं कर सकते है आवर अगर चेसिस पर बना है तो और अगस्त 18 से पूर्व का मॉडल में 16200 है तो 18500 कर सकते है अगर 2018 के बाद का है तो इसका प्रोटोटाइप 18500 है तो आप बदलाव सकते है अन्यथा नहीं

If the goods vehicle moves with the lift axle up while the goods are being loaded, what is the offence ocuur and how much is the fine?
If the lift axle goes up, are guilty of overloading?
If one axle is up lift at the time of load carrying it may be offence in sec 52 (alteration) with sec 113(over loading)
