Well kinda. WCKD didn’t give them much choice but to be “terrorist”. But is just stupid at the end how the plot destroy the last functional modern city on earth with thousand and thousand of innocent people that were trying to obtain a cure and didn’t have much of a choice but to cooperate with wckd to you now, not die. It is just sad. And hate the “restart the civilization” cliché. And yes, I read the books. Both ends suck to me.
@R. Heydrich Not to disrespect your opinion, but the city is literally called "The LAST City" so I don't know. Of course, there are more settlements in the world, but these points PROBABLY apply to them: 1) They're not as secure. 2) They're not as big. 3) They're not as advanced. 4) They don't have a population of 107k uninfected individuals. (I got this number from The Maze Runner Wiki) The last point is the most important one in my opinion.
