Tub Inside, ● Diameter = 46cm ● Depth = 37cm But in my opinion, it will be difficult to wash a Queen size comforter (90"×90") with this washing machine.(A little thicker)

Hi. Do you remember removing 2 packing materials from the bottom of the washing machine when you unbox this? I have the same washing machine from Samsung and I also got the same Installation Guide as shown at 2:24 but I can't see any part for "Plastic Motor base". I'm afraid if I run it and I haven't removed the plastic base then it might break.
We are thinking of buying this model so thanks for the video. When you choose the "quick" button at the start the washing machine automatically chooses when to rinse, wash and spin? Is it possible to customise the settings so that we can create our own programme. For example, select a shorter rinse time and a longer spin time? And what is air turbo for? Thanks
Thank you so much for contacting. Here I choose the "Quick" washing mode to reduce the time taken for the video. There are 5 modes, including Quick mode. All these modes are pre-made modes by Samsung. That is, each of these modes has its own wash time, rinse times and spin time. However, if you are not satisfied with those times, you can temporarily change the wash time, rinse times and spin time while washing. But you can not change these modes permanently or create a new mode that is unique to you. The air turbo here can give you a lot more spin time (15 or 30 minutes). This is a good feature for drying clothes quickly on rainy days. I think you got a clear answer. But if you still have problems, contact us immediately. Thank you & STAY SAFE.
I just got mine like a week ago but it can’t rinse when it’s time for rinsing and also mine doesn’t have the jeans option but has the blanket option, it’s just frustrating using 😩😩.. looking at urs it’s much easier but mine is a stress
Thanks for commenting. First, check the plumbing for the machine. Alternatively, check to see if the machine is clogged with debris at the point where the water pipe connects to the machine. Normally when a machine successfully receives water, it hears the sound of a motor rotating. If your machine does not hear that, however, it is most likely a technical problem. So please contact a technical officer. (If the warranty period is still available you can do it for free) You can also get more information by using the user manual. Thanks.
Yes, this washing machine has "Air dry" facility. That is, the tub of the washing machine rotates at maximum speed to remove the water from the fabric. Thanks.

Are you talking about the styrofoam part under the machine with the packing? Or the Rat protection guard?
