I've been Adventist my entire life 'and' have professional credentials in sadness and grief (counseling, etc) so I can preach a sermon on grief, due death and the state of the dead. Please don't take take what I said out of context. It sets an unpleasant example. Jesus rejoiced when others rejoiced and wept when others wept (SOP), as should we. Sadness is a healthy emotion and even when one dies in Christ, it's completely healthy to mourn their death.

The fact that he gave up the lifestyle he had with all the money is absolutely amazing! So many people don't do that but he did. I absolutely admire Little Richard. Wow! I am 50 but never really listened to him. I knew his songs, who didn't? LOL! But I never followed him until he passed. Now I am looking at his videos with amazement. I didn't know all this about him. Please don't take take what I said out of context. It sets an unpleasant example. Jesus rejoiced when others rejoiced and wept when others wept (SOP), as should we. Sadness is a healthy emotion and even when one dies in Christ, it's completely healthy to mourn their death.
Awesome testimony. It's such a beautiful testimony for someone to come out of the world of sin and declare the righteousness of God's Deliverance from sin.

I am so moved by this interview. I always wondered what happened to him. He is the true KING of Rock and Roll. He has had many a talents to follow in his footsteps and not give him the glory he deserves. God has used him to relay his message to others and he is doing it very well. Just like there will never be another Elvis, Chuck Berry, Marvin Gaye, MJ, Liberace, or Prince, there will never be another like Little Richard.

The fact that he gave up the lifestyle he had with all the money is absolutely amazing! So many people don't do that but he did. I absolutely admire Little Richard. Wow! I am 50 but never really listened to him. I knew his songs, who didn't? LOL! But I never followed him until he passed. Now I am looking at his videos with amazement. I didn't know all this about him. What an amazing life and transformation he had. It's ironic though that even in his passing he is making an impact on so many others. He has made an impact on me. I have questioned my relationship with God for a long time and Little Richard is still preaching to me. Wow! I love this! I wished I could have met him!

Christian denominations are based on Jesus' teachings of love, inclusion, generosity, kindness, peace generally shunning attachment to the trappings of the material world are excellent pieces of advice. When did His teachings become liberal ? It's odd that " most Churches " ignore or indifferent about where the Bible says remarriage after divorce is wrong, likewise charging interest on loans, and yet I don't see divorced people or bankers being denied services.Outrage seems suspiciously selective. I have observed that if the ACTUAL religious tenants are followed, no matter what the religion, the person is fairly reasonable. It is the ZEALOT - the FUNDAMENTALIST - who takes over the tenants of the religion and makes them what they are not - interprets them a way in which they were not meant - ISIS to Islam, Zionism to Judaism, and westboro Baptist Church to Christianity. Oh btw , " The term “theocracy” means a form of government in which God is recognized as the supreme Ruler. God did not reign over Israel as Elohim, the Creator, but as Jehovah, the covenant God. Jehovah descended to reign over Israel. " So yeah Israel was a theocracy.
