  • Flying together is just that more fun! And that's a fact :) This time we went out with the T1 Rangers and did some formation flying. Sadly I seam to have pitched the camera a bit to high so the RunCam had a hard time getting the brightness right. Better luck next time ;)

    Awesome flight, and great setup, I was looking at the OSD wind estimator and was wondering what is the arrow next to the number, is it the direction of the wind relative to the plane's path forward?

    • @JustFPV-net
      @JustFPV-net  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, that is the assumed wind direction relative to the plane. Very helpful when you have to figure in which direction you’ll have to go when you start a trip or to find out if the wind has changed

    Ohh, I see you've changed the motors. Your thought on iFlight Xing 1507 3600kv? How does it compare to the original motors from HEE Wing? Conserve or consume amp?
    Great flight! Looks like fun. :D

      Yes, back then I tried a lot of motors. Yet after Hee Wing came along with the new 3150kv Motors (for 4s) I can say this is the best option so far!
      I fly these and the are pretty cool with the default props provided in the PnP. Here you have a link www.ftcrc.com/products/hee-wing-fx1406-3150kv-brushless-motor

      @@JustFPV-net Thank you! Yes, I have those motors and props from PNP Pro. I guess I'll stay as-is. 😎👍

    Love your channel !
    Where did you get your motors ? I can't seem to find them...iFlight 1507 3600kv
    I want to set my Ranger up similar to yours...

      @JustFPV-net  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      you can skip them to something easier to get => Hee Wing 3150kv
      Here you have a link www.ftcrc.com/products/hee-wing-fx1406-3150kv-brushless-motor
      These are the ones that have same performance but are on cruising a little less consumption. I fly them myself which will be seen in the upcoming episodes.
      Happy you like the channel :) like a cool drink in a warm sommers day - Thank you

    Hi, nice video. Have you a file for pan camera mount or is it just a servo

      This ist simply an camera bracket on a servo

    Quick question for you, I recently got a heewing f01, and have been able to get it to launch reliably and fly nicely if i stay slow. However, any time i go over about 50 kph, it starts a really nasty pitch oscillation that i haven't been able to shake with autotune. It calms down immediately when I slow back down, but really limits my speed to a crawl. Do you have any idea what could cause this? Inav 6.0
    Thanks

      Oh that sounds like you tamed the pids so far down that it’s overshooting in higher speed. If so here are two approaches on how to solve it:
      1) reduce the pid values on the Pitch axis as they are to high for high(er) speed.
      2) to get the best of both worlds, look to the pid attenuation setting and set it to reduce the pids on higher speed. This lowers the pids when you are faster and with that also the overshooting
      I would assume it to be that. I recall to have had a similar problem once
