- Theme song for the 100-day countdown celebration of the 2008 Beijing Olympics, music by Xiao Ke and original lyrics by Lam Jik (Hong Kong).
The melody of the song was inspired by a local Beijing ballad called "Shui Niu", which are snails that come out on rainy days. Children in Beijing like to sing songs to attract these little creatures to come out of their shells.

watching in 2020, beginning of a new decade. I was only 3 when the olympics were on and I went to the opening ceremony with my grandad. In 2018, he passed away. Come back grandad, lets go watch it again.

we had something similar to that happen in my chinese class in my school. we had a long-term sub since my original chinese teacher was gone due to a illness in her family. we had a teacher from china come by and shown us this video along with a presentation he made about him and what he does.

basically the 56 are the same. in the very old time , people escape from the wars and some other disaster , so they moved to the edge place or mountain areas from midland, time went by. they developed their own cultrue or still kept the old trandition that already been forgotten by midland , so just that differ from Han .
