Owned my 507 since early 2015 on a 64 plate (white coupe) - just ticked over 40,000 miles and I'm yet to find a car that puts the same smile on my face every time I turn the key, I came very close to selling it for a F80 M3cs (a rarer car and again a final run out edition) the 3.0 straight 6 just didn't give you the same feeling and the exhaust note was lacking, ultimately felt that one day I'll pull up at a set of traffic lights next to a W204 C63 and feel a little inadequate...... Bottom line, it's a great car thats held it's value superbly and to this day still turns heads.
Yeah. the car somehow is modern enough but with old skool magic. Ticks so many boxes. Faultless car. Well, fuel consumption could be better!
I love my 507edition especially with decatted exhausts it becomes a monster 😮😊
It was mad enough standard, unless my car wasn't standard. No idea! Great car, so well built.
I do miss it as my other cars have less get-in-and-go practicality.
Hell, if a Black comes in at below 100k I might get one 😄

@@RevMonkey ye for sure, but do long tube headers decat and run proper k&n filters stage 1 software it makes them totally crazy. They also have gearbox software now to sort out those lazy changes
@@stu1944 Ah, interssting. That crappy gear changing was the ONLY weak point. Rest of the car was epic. I also miss the excellent comfort and stereo.

What is not too like. That is a connoisseurs car these days. They will go up in price at some point I agree.

Now that is an all-time great engine. Unmistakable when you hear it coming and that is often from far away. LOL.
Been really robust too. I believe the SLS mechanicals are some of the best performance engine work ever.

I quite like the M3 but not a fan of the M4, especailly the latest one.
I agree with that one. I actually really like the M3! Couldn't buy one though 😆
Looked at a regular c63 a couple years ago when I bought my M240i, until I realized I couldn't afford the insurance 🙃 maybe when I'm older they'll still be around for me to buy

My problem with that Alfa is that is does not look remarkable enough over the lower Giulia models. Also, I don't think they are aging well.
They do look good in the red or white with the dark wheels and lowered. I know what you mean. The GTA versions are how they should have looked! Now, they are EPIC!

When you say 233 were built, is this for the UK or globally? How did you get this number?
Umm, cannot recall exactly. It sounds low doesn't it?

Ha.. fell off. I actually remember when it happened as I heard a noise and saw something small bouncing in my rear mirror but assumed I had run over something! 😁

I'd happily get another one. Fantastic car in every single way. I saw a white 507 2 days ago as it happens. Very rare cars. I wish I could afford a Black series. Must be one of the best cars ever made.

8.5 - maybe even a 9.
It has no flaws in how it looks and drives. Perhaps just the awful fuel economy. Fantastic car.

It was flawless in my one year.

Always started on the first turn, cold, wet or hot.
Fast, sounded great, superb stereo, comfy..
I will likely get another one at some point.

To be honest Ade, I have no idea why you are selling that car!! What on earth can replace it?
Agh. Yeah. To have any chance of keeping the Ferrari this Mercedes has to go. Gutted really. Nothing can really replace it, like for like.
Agreed, if it were up to me... I'd sell the Emira whilst they are still high and deeply desirable for a tidy profit
