How to fix Error Printing Message on Windows 11 / 10

WOW! I just resumed my print jobs in the spool and it started printing my documents. I hope this has fixed the problem. It's so frustrating when the printer doesn't operate properly. Thank you

It was working finally for me!. If no IP address, do this:go to your printer, press menu , scroll up or down until you get to "Network configuration", press OK, then start. Printer would print you page with all the info. It would be IP address on it. Then follow all his instructions for IP adress replacement

You give the instruction to click on new port at 1:33 and the box comes up on the screen where the instructions are given to enter the printer name or IP address and port name. You do not provide any instructions on how to fill this in. You say 'now once you set that and check that newly added TCP port I have not added it check that its a newly added TCP port and let the printer use that port and then click on apply and close and your problem will be fixed'. HOWEVER your instructions are illogical - because unless you fill in/enter the printer name or IP address AND port name then another printer port CANNOT be added. This/your instructions are illogical and definitely do not work. It/the second half of your video beginning at 0.36 are fine however there is an illogical step in your process at 1:34 when you say 'now once you set that' because your video clearly shows at 1:34 the box that MUST be filled in that says enter the printer name or IP address and port name. Unless that is filled in you cannot possibly click on NEWPORT. This part of your video is illogical and will not work.
