I'm a teacher, and when I taught first grade, I would be worried about my students' sub.
Zac acted like he was interviewing someone for a fast food position (nothing wrong with fast food workers) instead of someone taking care of his child. SMH

They shouldn't need a nanny with Zach being home daily, they really need someone that has patience with lil Michael, he needs a very reliable candidate

If this older lady is the Nanny from Hell, this could be why Deja had to come over to care for Michael one day.

Did anyone noticed how they did not discuss with her Michael’s speech and developmental delay and how she’s going to handle that? Or did I miss when they did and have to rewatch that?

We're on the same page about this Boo, I feel that nanny got something iffy up with her too and I have felt like that long before last episode, long before Season 7 even. Because I have had the Su new character descriptions in mind ever since they were released a long while ago. So I am one know have known they'd get a nanny for awhile now and I remember the description for Ms. Rose saying that if any red flags were present with her Zac and Fatima so enamoured and wrapped up in her "old-school" "grandma" like energy missed every single last one. I knew then that this wouldn't end good. And actually seeing how they hired her onscreen know rings off even more alarms for me because they did it for too easily and lowkey carelessly. As you said they did not seem to put enough thoughtbinto finding someone that would be fit for the developmental delays and trauma, etc Michael is working through and still fighting. And I also agree that a lot of the decisions they've bden maing especially lately seem to be for their ego/pride and what would be better and more convenient FOR THEM. And the issue withvthat is once you become a parent or parents with someone else your child's/or children's needs and optimal care
physically/mentally/emotionally/financially, etc is what is suppised to then take top priority. It isn't all about just you anymore. And I cosign on the fact that for them to have been so eager to not only take FULL CUSTODY from Heather, but also not have it set up for Michael to see his mother evera again one would think they'd take finding a nany for him far more seriously. It seemed like Fatima just wants someone to helo her out and take Michael off of her hands more since she is tired and trying to do better in Law School since "her man" isn't pulling his full weight as the father. And Zac just wanted to rish to find someone so the Nanny and Fatima could do all of the work and he didn't have to worry about Fatima potentially speaking up about everything for Michael being put on her while she is still working everyday and going trying to excel in Law School and bounce back in her studies after failing starting out. And don't get me wrong Heather was out of line with how she spoke to Michael, very verbally abusive. And I know verbal abuse when I hear it due to experiencing it from my father all my childhood and even into my current early adulthood. And the way she allowed the random men she ahd in and out of her home to speak to and treat him was also flat out unacceptable. Michael having those bruises on his back that she claimed not to know how they got there. And having him tied up that bathtub like an animal was so crazy I cannot even put it into words. So I do get why Zatima felt the urgency to get him out of that environment. But thwy just go around doing things with no regard for consequences. The way they kidnapped him in that moment expecting it all to be A-Okay. And they when they won full custody didn't even reach out to try and figure out WHY Heather is the way she is and then get her the HELP she obviously needs so she can be a better woman and mother and set up a plan for her to still be able to be in his life and Michael to still have his biological Mom. It could start with just visits and if she gets better then one day joint custody. Michael deserves an apology from and a new and improved Heather in his life. But he'll get none of that at this rate if Zatima never gets their pride outta the way and tries. Now if Heather refuses their advances and help that is one thing. But in my opinion the door should always be left open for her to see Michael again ifw willing to change. And again the way they completely wrote her off & have seemingly right now forever kicked her out of Michael's life with such a ban but are not more careful about someone they are hiring to watch and help with him is wild.

Hey Erica I wouldn't be surprised if the nanny is not going to want to deal with a kid that's autistic, and like you said Zach will have to step up or they'll have to hire someone else

I'm a teacher for over 23 years, and during college, I worked with autistic kids for about a month. I knew then that wasn't the population of kids that I wanted to work with.
