Some ideas of other stuff I'm struggling with and might give you video ideas: good beat switches (like frank ocean does), adding cool percussion to a basic kick/snare/hh pattern, creative ways to automate/make transitions and making dark ambient rnb (trilogy/kissland type weeknd or old PND -- maybe sound design for cold, dark ambient atmospheres). Keep up the great content!

could u do a video on how to sync off beat samples? its this part that is a bit frustrating about sampling, chops start coming off uneven some slower some faster..
I'm super late but yes! I run into that problem all the time and I basically chop and readjust as I go. I will go more in depth with it for the next time I sample and run into this issue!

I'm using the changed pitch for the whole song. I personally like how it sounds when its pitched down and it does protect me from TH-cam's copyright rules
@@ogchizzybeats4854 is there a such thing as a song being to slow for a sample ? I’m currently trying to sample forever my lady- jodeci but it sounds so slow lol the tempo is 118 I’m trynna do like a west coast type beat with this sample Like a Joe blow or mozzy type beat
