I got mine today and it’s not charging I’m hoping it’s a fluke I’m sending it back and going to try a replacement

My wife just bought me one I lifted it and decided not to open it , far too lightweight with puny jump start cables , all the quality units are pretty hefty.
Looks like a jack of all trades , master of none , I just need a dedicated Jump start .
When he said Megawatt , I knew he had NO CLUE .😢
