That's a pretty high HR you got there :) , I get 170-175 when fast climbing up a hilly road while busting my lungs out :) Nice POV. I use the GoPro Chesty mount, but not in Summer days, as it's way too hot and uncomfortable for me to wear.

Dude was on an electric monowheel, almost certainly going too fast. Then again, distracted riding isn't good either.
