- There is one single thing I regret about this video: I didn't tap on the notebook a single time while the delay was on 🤦♀️
That's like the BEST trigger. Oh well. We'll save it for a future video :)

I admire you so much for how you are always exploring/learning new technical skills to apply to ASMR 🙏💗 this vid is honestly so interesting, just discovering with ya
thank you so much, Jocie ♥️ I really appreciate that. I'm happy you enjoyed it ☺️
You put so much effort into your videos and it really shows, I can’t believe how incredibly underrated you are! Keep doing what you’re doing and thanks for the awesome content :)
Thank you 😭
Alright, needed to post 1 minute into the video. Crazy amount of tingels in just the first minute!!!! I'm so pumped for the next 28 minutes of my life! 30 minutes with Sine = tingels + productivity!
For someone who was worrying about coming up with original content,...... YOU ARE KILLING IT BROTHER!
No idea what your Mic setting were at the start of this video, but it's so good! Even the shirt sounds are soo good! The answer to your question at around 4 minutes is yes, for me, it enhances the mouth sounds too.
My Personal Opinion
1st plug in = A MUST its too good to be true
2nd kinda feels like harsh ear cupping to me (personally think it sounds better without)
3rd - really fun and tingly for short periods - the padding effect that focuses from ear to ear - SO GOOD! Especially when talking into one and doing the echo into the other ear
4th - For sure results in some tingels - it could be used in some fun ways for sure
Empty room - Really cool actually - I liked it more after a tiny bit. That with a soft dripping noise with the clicky from 1st could be cool
Hall effect - also cool (not a huge fan of it, but could be cool for a role play maybe)
Low Pass filter - I feel like this could be higher in most asmrtist videos to get rid of some high frequency buzzing on most videos. A tiny bit higher than average would make things sound cleaner in my opinion. I think losing some high frequency would be worth getting rid of some of the buzz
Not sure if any of that helps, but just thought I'd share it incase it does :)
Haha thank you so much!!
Yeah, I feel like I'm getting the hang out of EQing my whispered voice more and more and I'm definitely not done learning new things :)
I'm so glad you liked the vocoder effect, too 😁
Re: your edit, this kind of stuff is extremely helpful! I love hearing someone's thoughts on my videos, especially in such detail. I can tell that you paid very close attention, so I appreciate it very much, thank you :)
@@SineASMR Of Course Sine :) I'm here for the long haul! You are crazy talented. I'm just thankful to be part of the community.
This was so different and I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like it. Very good and I was at school when I saw your notification and I was so ready to get home and watch it!😂
You deserve so many more subscribers! Your asmr is amazing
Thank you 🙏
You’re welcome
I loved the muffled filter!!!
You’re a wizard Harry
Love the texture of the image, whatever lens or filter you're using
First of all really cool opening up about your writing technique (words before musics etc). I'm super fascinated in that subject. In real life I report on music and the question you answered is the one I ask all the big artists I interview! Really enjoyed the effects on this video and I'd love to see a list of the plugins/time codes. Those mouth sounds sound insane almost could be an alien in a video game sound! haha. but very tingly too.
It is a really fascinating subject! :)
Everyone has different methods and philosophies on how to write the best songs. And it also depends on what your reason for writing even is. I.e. self-expression, experimentation, touching as many people as possible, or maybe just plain old fucking around to see what sticks. My methods change like every year because I keep learning new and interesting stuff and I get better at playing my instruments/singing. I also like to keep the process interesting so it's never quite the same. I bet most musicians can relate to that.
All right, I'll list the timestamps, just for you 😊:
3:15 Ableton's Vocoder effect
5:15 Wave's LoAir Stereo
8:50 Ableton's Filter Delay
12:00 Ableton's Vinyl Distortion
13:40 & 15:00 & 21:25 Valhalla Room (in different settings)
16:04 Fabfilter Micro (Low Pass Filter)
Thank you so much for watching 💖
@@SineASMR I tend to do instruments first and then singing comes afterwards. I sing but always was an instrumentalist at heart and so it tends to the core of my songs. I've got more self expression and also what just sounds good in my music although most recently I've switched over to more psychadelic electronica. I'd love to hear some of the music you put together, you should link it sometime! Thanks for the time codes man! Truly appreciated. Gonna go back to these, and give it a listen. I've been trying to conceptualize what kind of plugins could be used for ASMR as well is really interesting to hear/see.
@@NathanASMR yeah that is possibly one of the main goals of my channel: how can I use my musical and production knowledge to further the effectiveness of ASMR? I'm only just getting started 😁
I'm definitely not the first with this idea, but I'll do it in my own way so it might get really interesting.
I'm definitely an instrumentalist at heart as well. So much so that often times song ideas lead to nowhere because I almost finish an entire song (with my band mates) completely instrumental and then it makes no sense to put any vocals over it. That's why I try and sing over it as soon as possible, to avoid that. (As a side note, I'm not really a singer.)
I can definitely show you some stuff :)
I'm just trying to be careful not to dox myself because my music is closely related to my real name and my city with just one Google search 😂
But I can send you a link in private if you want!
@@SineASMR AHHAAHAH omg i totally know what you mean about the instrumental and vocal issue I do the exact same thing. I build out the instrumentals so big that the vocals barely even fit in there anyway. Thats probably why I've gone more electronic dancey type stuff recently haha. And yeah the Beatles said something like the best songs you write are the ones that you sing the melody in your head first.
Yeah you should send along a link for sure and I totally understand the privacy issue as well. Although if you did I dont think it would be Doxxed as much say you finding out the real name of a musician you really like. Or like daft punk taking off the helmets AHAHA. But I look forward to it man!
Loved this casual yet creative video. I also think you look a lot like Milo James Thatch
Have seen and loved all of your videos. Your English is amazing as is your breathy whisper voice. The reverb effects are mind melting, especially with the book tapping and shirt rubbing. I was willing you to brush the mics! I think it would sound so good if you could read or tell a spooky Halloween story later in October using some kind of hall distortion. Thank you from Montana!
Oh my gosh, that's amazing 🥰
Thank you for being here.
You're right, brushing *would* have sounded pretty good! And that's a great suggestion, maybe it will inspire me 😁 I've been thinking about what to do on Halloween, it has to be special!
Very relaxing 😌
I love the first half of the video, your voice, your whispers and your breathing 💗 , but when the tapping started i went :(
So sad people haven't found this they really are missing out :'(
dad 😩😩😩
