Pile 2 I often use humour to hide my own discomfort and or pain, I don’t speak my own truth lately, I feel spirit is urging me to speak my own truths into existence, be aware of how my own inner self talk is manifesting and my humour way of dealing with life isn’t working anymore because I’ve begun censoring myself with humour, masking my truth . I feel the need to distance myself from others kind of been in hermit mode since my mom passed in 2020.. emotional withdrawl hit hard! 😮 41:44

Pile 1, liked the reading but in my case, my workplace and my bosses are Good and I have respect for those who are gentle and genuine to me. Infact, the dirt was the outsider, exists at very long distance from the State I live.

Do you mind if I ask what's the one thing you are dealing with that has been repeated for 10 years?
Not at all, I love this question actually. So my biggest fear is losing my love- having them fall in love with someone else- it was a trauma brought on from my parents and so it wasn't revealed to me until I fell in love with my true soulmate, I fell in love very deeply and was terrified id lose him to "someone better than me". So it was a deep insecurity that created jealousy and possessiveness within me. I've definitely healed the biggest parts of that, and it was a MAJOR journey in our lives together, it was not easy. I was forced to face the very thing that I was scared of the most, but we made it out and we're stronger than ever before- my fear still comes up here and there (even with people I love & trust the most) but it's much quieter now, and I know now, that it is coming from me, not him or anyone else- I have learned to talk to my inner child and comfort them, telling them they don't have anything to fear, that this is just reminding them of the past, but it's not the actual incident itself.
I also have been dealing with major lack beliefs my whole life that im finally coming on the other side of, I have the scales tilting more on the abundance side than the lack side these days, that's been a very long journey to get here as well. Beliefs run deep! But as long as as we're patient, consistent and disciplined with them, they do change and life changes :)

I also want to mention, that the core of both of these beliefs was worthiness- so I began taking actions that I knew I needed to take in order to grow that worth and belief in myself (eating better, exercising and treating myself better as a whole)- that also includes saying NO, that was a big one for me. Putting myself first and not betraying myself to just please people around me. That gave me my power back in a big way. Also, talking to myself differently- I was really hard on myself and still work on that. Seeing myself with the highest love :)
