I wonder if the Blur effect is enabled on your camera. I must say it’s pretty annoying. 👎👎
Blur effect? If you mean the blur very briefly around the 7 min mark and again from 20 to 30 min, then that was snow melting on the window, and as buses don't have windshield wipers "upstairs" you'll just have to wait for it to dry out on its own.
Other possibilities for blur could be reflections and refractions of sunlight through the windshield; not much you can do there!
