Girl me too, and not gonna lie (I know it sounds stupid) buy it took me 3 years to be able to come to terms with all the shit Zayn did and to be able to "forgive" him. And after 3 years I eventually managed to come to terms with him, and sort of forgive him BUT, HOWEVER, my respect for him will never be the same. Girl me too, and not gonna lie (I know it sounds stupid) buy it took me 3 years to be able to come to terms with all the shit Zayn did and to be able to "forgive" him.
Like it took me 3 years to forgive him for leaving the band and then dissing and shit talking the band and the boys, and fighting with Louis who was defending US the fans, and then cheating on Perrie (again) with Gigi and breaking up with Perrie by text while she was on an airport in the middle of a tour. I felt betrayed, disappointed and I was enraged with him. I couldn't listen to his music without being pissed, couldn't even stand Gigi. And after 3 years I eventually managed to come to terms with him, and sort of forgive him BUT, HOWEVER, my respect for him will never be the same. He has fallen on my eyes and I dont think he will ever be able to mend that (this is not only for me. Many fans share this opinion). Truly an Icarus fall: he aimed for the sun, lost himself in all the glory and fell harder than he could think. Yes pun/comparison intended.
