    I just take between half and a full teaspoon of bee bread in the morning after I wake up, I put it under my tongue until it dissolves, then I wait for half an hour afterwards before I drink or eat anything. It gives me lots of energy. May Jesus bless you !

      @@documentingsimpleliving Make sure you use that energy, and also do not take too much of it, because that leads to hypervitaminosis(insomnia, vomiting). Usually the daily dose is between 3 to 5 grams, may be even 10, it depends of how much you weigh. I take around 5 grams of it a day, 5 to 6 days a week, always in the morning, and I make sure that I work,study and exercise so I use that energy. As you know, too much of a good thing is not a good thing. :) Have a wonderful day !

    I've made my own bee bread before by mixing honey and bee pollen. Honey is the perfect way to preserve bee pollen. Honey also releases the nutrients from the shells of the pollen. I've read someone say you should also add some royal jelly and a little bee propolis when making the bee bread but I've never tried that.

    A tasty, healthy, simple recipe that I dont need an oven for, thank you!! I do however have a mild obsession with honey and would like to add some, how many tablespoons of honey do you recommend adding if I were to make the same amount you have in the video?

      Nice! Which recipe are you wanting to make? For the breakfast bars, add about 2 tablespoons and for the granola I'd say add about 1 cup. I've got the full recipes here: documentingsimpleliving.com/bee-bread/

    Where do you get your bee bread or do you have a reliable seller

      I would look in your local area and avoid sourcing it online from amazon or something. I found a local company to me that was selling it.. good luck on the hunt

    What temperature is too hot for bee bread?

    • @documentingsimpleliving
      @documentingsimpleliving  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Most of the probiotics and enzymes can be destroyed at temperatures over 70°C (158°F)!

    These recipes sound delicious, but why are you eating oatmeal? It's loaded with glyphosates and causes gas and bloating 😮
