Lving this simple fulfilling life, you not only become physically fit, but you get emotionally stable with less drain from chasing after things you will never catch, and say yay! I got it now I'll rest. This life will not only make you more spiritual because of the calmness and less chaos in it, But the mental will be stable, contributed by the fresh air, the poor organic foods and what have you. I like the courage in Gen Z ! I had the same ambition from primary school until I completed postgraduate studies here in Canada. I felt like a dog that has been chasing a truck and now I’m home but I felt unsatisfied. I bought a farm in Kenya and I plan to come back and live a slow life while enjoying life. I have gone back to taking courses that will make me thrive in the digital world. I’ll save, produce content and move back to Kenya in my mid 40’s. I can’t fall into the expected mould.
