With a character that is like Mavuika, And Xilonen for cinder city. And if you already have a cinder city user(Citlali), Then either someone that can get him on his third stack of his passive. Like a Fischl or Beidou for both another hydro reaction and as Sub DPS specifically Beidou for interruption resistance if you are C0 (And yes, Her burst works with charged attacks) Either those two or….. That one character that can vaporize with no ICD (Xiangling) That can benefit from Citlali passive and Neuvillette’s Hydro application. It always leads back to her……
I forgot to mention that I don't have Xilo and Mavuika, so I will try with Beidou and Xiangling in the flex slot. So, the team will be: Neuvi - Anemo VV holder - Citlali - Beidou/Xiangling :) Thanks for the replies ^^
@@VaishnaviSharma-s4b I couldn't get Fishcl in the previous banner :( she skipped me, and in return I got Neuvi at Pity 25 (I was saving for Arle, but at the same time I wanted a copy of Fishcl)
