I do the overhook from closed guard often but only end up consistently hitting a triangle. I'm definitely about to start trying to work more of this into my game. Question though: When we're doing the armbar, should we try to avoid pushing with our feet? I'm assuming you want the feet on the hips just for control and a better angle, not to try to use it to push away as you turn into the armbar. Thanks a lot for the video!
