Science and Commerce are both equally important. Most of the engineers end up with a MBA (MASTERS in BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION) which is mostly commerce.
Science teaches technical and Commerce is Commercial.
Arts is equally important if u ask me

5:57 that experiment is called a titration. What makes this funny is that it's actually fairly easy to do. It's supposed to approx look like 6:35 and he kept going until it was FULLY hot pink. Looks like some fruit juice 😂 😂 😂

So mainly the reason why people choose science is because, mostly it's not their choice. There is a ton of family pressure, societal pressure, peer pressure that goes into that. But apart from that, there is a huge misunderstanding that if you're good at studies, you should take the best stream, while people don't acknowledge that all streams are as good as each other. I was a science student, and I personally took it for my love of maths and physics. But this situation is changing. Parents are allowing their children to take subjects that they're interested in. So that's a change for good. Btw, Love your videos ❤️.

No reason for choosing science is almost dependent upon the like/dislike of the student. What he ends up after taking science is something else completely.
That was the thing when I passed my 10th. Since I was good at studies people came and started convincing me to take up science or commerce. They just talked about scope scope🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

Well, Lol Nowhere 10th Matters Specially in Case of CBSE Bcoz Syllabus is pretty much low & Of Easy standard Compared to How it Get a long Jump in Toughness of syllabus of Intermediate means 11-12, Also Nowhere 700K Students score above 90% in 12th Boards lol, So Kota Factory dialogue was A bit exaggerated.
Also, I have seen My Own Many of Friends who Get above 90% in this year of 12th Going For Graduation from Different streams And Not Engineering, Specially Not JEE.
While Many of The 75% of lil bit above % Students Try to Go In Engineering fields & Give try their luck in JEE exams.

Yeah he showed every thing accurately. For and IIT aspirant 90% is basically nothing. And also the situation of girls is also bad not as bad as video but still bad.

It is because the comparison is not accurate. Like 90% is not enough for an IIT aspirant but for a person without such desires might not mind scoring 70 as well. Same in commerce, for a person aspiring to pursue CA, 90% doesn't decide anything but for a BCom, 70 is also fine.

9:22 every field is equally important but it's the parents how force thier kids to opt for a stream they are not interested and end up suffering.
Kids in India are usually just picking streams that their parents force them to...or blindly following their peers. I picked Science because I genuinely liked it...I would've done okay in Arts, but I'm pretty sure I would've had a tough time in Commerce simply because it doesn't interest me at all.

In the science stream the top bracket of ppl work in major technology companies like Tesla , Google , Microsoft major mobioe phone companies.

No stream is more important than the other. Ppl who do well in their streams hold influential posts. It is just that with science a lot of opportunities are opened for you. The careers thst you can choose are vast.

In India, the science stream is highly valued in terms of status in society. Also it is like "you are good in studies so you need to go into science" when it comes to choosing stream over "you have an interest in science so you should go into it".
The 90% is like very very true coz the competition is really really high. Every year some 1.2 million students give the entrance exam to engineering institutes. However the reputed IIT's have some 10k seats in all so it is like

Both fields science and commerce are equally important...but it's just a fun ...but being a commerce student, commerce is also as tough as science..it's always a fun to tally a balance sheet in accountancy..study economics and maths.. commerce students can keep the enumeration of lakhs of rupees at a time without having a single rupee in their pocket..thinkkk..😃😃

This video does seem to portray commerce as a stupidly simple superior choice over science, and that is because there is this long running stereotype (as Achara mentioned) that commerce students don't have to work too hard while all that science students do is study. And as usual, Ashish has nicely milked this stereotype with a lot of exaggerated examples :) .
But the reason for this stereotype is not only the fact that many engineering domains and the medical field (both science streams) require one to know a lot of information (and hence require a lot of study) but also a trend of career choices set in India which makes science way more competitive than commerce. This trend is largely due to the society's long standing opinions that science fiels are a way more 'safer' or 'stabler' career option, which leads a lot of students coming out of high school to choose science, even today. More number of people entering science = more competion to perform well = more pressure to stand apart from the (large) crowd.
As for commerce, one of the most popular, respected and highest paying career choices is that of a Charted Accountant and not many of those are produced every year. But most other commerce careers aren't valued as much as careers in science. Unlike other countries, some professions are valued a lot more, in terms of respect and payment, than others. But on a positive note, I think, this unfortunate trend is slowly but surely changing in the younger generation.

This video is true to some extents but not all aspects....there are Hard ass complexed courses one can persue inside commerce stream like - CA(chertered account), CMA(costing & management account), CS (company secretariate) etc....those are very hard to crack and students' passing out % goes around 20-25% all over india!! I was a CMA student & it took me 4 yrs. Of ass cracking study to crack the finals...!
