Great vid, didn't know it was that simple. Loved when the dog came to check shit out at the tub lmao
Thank you, about to leave the army and my ucp one needed a dunk
Exactly what I needed. Thank you!
Go Pack Go! Thanks for the video!
What type of hooks did you use to make the string line… it looked useful

The shoulder straps are doubled over and stitched on most newly issued Rucks. Needs a stitch ripper.
thanks for the video, after disassemble is it possible to just put it in washing machine on 40 C temperature with clothing detergent ?
Kazo Mazo it is an easier option but I feel it is a deeper clean with the soak. Also it might damage your washer from some of the buckles on the pack.
This anawer helps me a lot. Actually I have exactly same question in my mind. Thanks Pal!
Can I just throw it in the washer? My bug spray exploded during the gorge and now I gotta use it for class and it smells like bug spray and we don’t have a tub here
How do you clean sharpee of a ruck I have cif turn in and I’m scared
If it’s just like a name or something I wouldn’t worry about it. I’ve gotten TA50 my entire career with someone else’s name already sharpied on lol
@@btg53189 ahh ok
@@btg53189 what about for a civilian buying surplus gear? I've got a duffle bag and a ruck with names on them.
seriously? the one thing i wanted to see 7:50 (load lifters) wasn't in the frame smh.
I can shoot the frame to remove that if you want but I don't think ill be able to add it into this video.
can't figure out how to take of the shoulder strap on the top in the video you went out of frame
To push the load lifter through the small cutout in the frame, push the strap through so you can turn the load lifter so that it is perpendicular to the frame longways.
Why not soak it in laundry detergent instead of dish soap? Just curious.
Laundry detergent is good at getting dirt out, but does not have the degreasing properties that dish soap has. For normal clothes it would be too agitative, for TA-50 it’s fine.
Hear me out what if I'm lazy and I just soak the whole thing and scrub the whole thing
The one part I needed to see, you did off screen!
You say its simple but remember this. I had a guy in basic that sat there and rucked to one of the sites in basic tying his wet weather back to the outside of his ruck because he couldn't figure out how to fit everything into his ruck.
Yes there are people even stupider
